What it is
Chocolate with the chocolate removed — cocoa butter, sugar and milk wearing the name.
Why your biology objects
It keeps the cocoa *butter* but loses the cocoa *solids* — so none of the flavanols, all of the sugar. The bean that gave chocolate its credentials never got in.
